  • Express Green Delivery (10-15 Days): $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx with climate-conscious packaging
  • Eco-Friendly Standard Shipping (15-25 Days): FREE on orders over $50 via EMS with carbon-neutral shipping
Processing time is 1-2 days before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. All international shipments include USDA zone-specific care instructions.

Express shipments include trackable numbers sent via email. For EMS shipments, tracking may be limited but we monitor all deliveries through our Baltimore hub.

Did You Know? Our packaging is designed to give plants up to 72 hours of vitality after delivery. If planting must be delayed, keep plants in their original packaging in a shaded area.

Will I receive planting instructions?
Absolutely! Every order includes seasonal care instructions tailored to your USDA zone. For specialized plants like topiaries or clematis vines, we include detailed establishment guides.
What if my plants arrive dormant?
Many perennials and native plants ship in natural dormancy. Your care instructions will specify normal dormancy patterns and expected growth timelines. When in doubt, our horticulture team is just an email away.
