We stand behind our premium quality plants with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction grows our business, so we make the process as smooth as pruning a juniper topiary.

Important Exceptions:

Due to their delicate nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom topiary plants (shaped to your specifications)
  • Perennial plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
  • Clematis vines showing new growth since delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Horticulture Team

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the plant(s) in question
  • A brief description of the issue

Step 2: Receive Approval & Instructions

Our Baltimore-based team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Prepare Your Return

Package the plant(s) securely in their original container if possible, including:

  • All original packing materials
  • The packing slip or return authorization
  • Any free gifts received with the order

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
